Usage of a Potato Digger Shaker

1. Harvesting Potatoes:
   • The primary function is to dig up potatoes from the soil without damaging them.

2. Soil Separation:
   • Shakes off excess soil from the potatoes using a vibrating or oscillating mechanism.

Working Process

1. Attachment:
   • Attach the potato digger shaker to a tractor (usually requires a 3-point linkage system).
   • Ensure the tractor has the necessary horsepower (typically 50 HP or more).
2. Adjustment:
   • Set the digging depth and row spacing to match the crop and field conditions.
3. Operation:
   • As the machine moves, the digger blades or spades cut into the soil, lifting potatoes along with dirt.
   • The shaking mechanism separates the potatoes from the soil, leaving them clean.
4. Collection:
   • Potatoes are deposited on the ground or into a hopper (depending on the machine model) for collection.
5. Post-Harvest:
   • Inspect the field to ensure all potatoes are harvested.
