Super Seeder is a combination of Rotary Tiller & Seed Planter with press wheels. it is extensively used for planting a wide variety of seeds like wheat, soybean & grass. It is useful for removing tubble & roots of Paddy, Sugarcane, Cotton, Banana, Maize etc.

1. Direct Sowing:

Working Process

1. Attachment:
   • The Super Seeder is attached to a tractor, typically through a 3-point linkage system.
2. Residue Cutting and Mixing:
   • A set of blades or discs cuts through crop residues and mixes them with the soil.
3. Seed Placement:
   • Seeds are deposited at a precise depth using a calibrated seed metering system.
4. Fertilizer Application:
   • Some models simultaneously apply fertilizers along with seeds, ensuring nutrient availability during germination.
5. Compaction:
   • Press wheels compact the soil over the seeds to ensure proper soil-seed contact.
